Meditation Classes with Denise
Giving yourself time to meditate is the start of a new journey... one on which you will encounter many wonders and experiences you may never have dreamed possible.
Classes run every Wednesday Evening at 7pm and Friday Morning at 10am.
The cost is $12.00 per class. The actual meditation is 30-40 minutes long.
Please arrive before 7pm on a Wednesday and 10am on Friday.
